Course Description

Structure and parts of a research article

This event aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to engage effectively in an academic research article. Through this event, students will learn how to identify and write down the various components of a research article.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Fatma KÖPRÜLÜ was born in 1981, Nicosia. She graduated from Near East University English Language Teaching Department in 2002 and received her master’s degree in 2005 from the same department. In 2018 she gained her doctorate from Near East University, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Department of Educational Administration Supervision, Planning and Economics. She became an Assistant Professor in June 2019. In 2003, she started working as a lecturer at Near East University Preparatory School and has continuously been employed there. She is the Curriculum and Material Improvement Coordinator of the Near East University English Preparatory School. Apart from these, she is also an active lecturer in the Faculty of Educational Sciences. Having attended many national and international conferences, seminars, workshops, and courses and received many certificates throughout her teaching career, she has published many articles in WOS (Web of Science) and SCOPUS. She is fluent in Turkish, English as well as Arabic.
