He continues his academic career which he began at the İzmir Ekonomi University Communication Faculty in the Yaşar University Art and Design Faculty, Film Design Department. At the same university, he continues his studies in the fields of Sound Hearing Forms, Sound Therapy and Film Therapy while also lecturing in Advanced Sound Recording Techniques, Sound Production, Sound Design. Alongside this, he has given seminars on “Sound Ontology” at Non-Governmental Organisations and has given many speeches and participated in projects at universities such as Istanbul SAE Institute, Ege University, Akdeniz University, and Dokuz Eylül University. Lastly, he attended the Film Therapy/metamorphosis conference in the city of Lodz in Poland. Kaban has published a book called “Cinema and Jazz” and has two books in the process of being published called “Film Therapy” and “Sound and Sound Ontology in Cinemas”.
