 Writing a good piece of literature is not easy and it needs discipline. Since the beginning of human existence and civilization, literature is one of the prominent ways to express oneself and point out different aspects of life. It can be written to entertain and amuse the reader, to inform or persuade the reader, or to stress a condition or issue. Neşe Yaşın who is one of the most famous and well-known Turkish Cypriot writers, poets, and journalists is going to give a speech about writing. The Webinar is mainly about the process of writing novels and poetry, the process of publishing, the concepts of her work, and her own experiences as a writer.

Mrs. Shajwan N. Fatah received her bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from
Sulaimani University in 2013. Then, in 2021, she completed her master's degree in English
Language and Literature at Near East University in Cyprus. Since 2013, she has been teaching
various literary courses as well as several courses in Linguistics and English Listening and
Speaking skills at Charmo University and Near East University. Her main areas of interest are
literary theories, philosophy, history, and art, with a particular focus on gender studies.
