would create self-actualizing companies. Self-actualization Psychology reveals
a completely new side of humanity. It is a side that was not seen and was not
even anticipated, by the old psychologies. Whereas the old psychologies studied
the darker side, the side of unhealthy, illness, and pathology, the new
psychology studies the bright side of human nature. In the new psychology,
people are seen in a new light—in the light of their highest needs, their
potentials, and their untapped human capital of intelligence and creativity.
