Course Description

Our course aims to explain the concept of anger, its causes, and its characteristics, to examine anger expression and theoretical approaches to anger, and to provide skills for anger management.

Anger, which is a basic emotional reaction, is one of the most important problems affecting our relationships today. It is recommended to take this course to be able to comprehend the concept of anger and to gain the skills required to control and manage anger in a healthy way.

Police, Psychologists, psychological counseling and guidance lecturers, and teachers.

She completed her undergraduate education in the Psychology Department of Near East University in 2010 and her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Near East University in 2013. She has been working as an expert psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at Near East University Hospital since 2011. Her fields of study include mood disorders, sexual therapy, couple therapy, and individual therapy. She has paper presentations, and articles published by national and international journals. She has a doctorate in political psychology.
