Prof. Dr. Javed Hussain is currently working as the Head of the Mathematics Department and Social Sciences at Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan. Dr. Javed acquired his PhD degree from the University of York, United Kingdom, where he also did his MSc degree in mathematical finance. Dr. Javed is a member of the London Mathematical Society, American Mathematical Society and Pakistan Mathematical Society.

Dr. Javed has impressive research contributions. His main research interests are in Stochastic PDES with applications to finance. In particular, most of his research contributions are in relation to stochastic PDEs on manifolds and the pricing of financial derivatives driven by a variety of stochastic processes. He has taught at the University of York, United Kingdom and at Sukkur IBA University, Pakistan.
