Administration. In his recent roles, he has worked as an Advisor in Learning and Development,
Manager of Quality and Research, and Project Manager in the Development Sector. Kazim has
developed learning and development strategies for several organizations to develop and manage
their talent and bring out the undiscovered potential in their employees. Kazim’s research focuses
