Süleyman Sadi SEFEROĞLU works as a lecturer in the field of instructional technologies at Hacettepe University and completed his undergraduate education in the fields of "Radio-TV" and "Educational Sciences" in Ankara. He received his postgraduate degrees at Columbia University in the USA. He conducted his post-doctoral studies on the use of information technologies in education as a researcher at Columbia University. In 1998 he started working at Hacettepe University. Seferoğlu is still working at the Faculty of Education, Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technologies of the same university. He wrote a book named "Öğretim Teknolojileri ve Materyal Tasarımı". Seferoğlu has co-authored book chapters on various topics related to his field. His professional interests include the use of technology in education, e-learning, technology policies, pre-service and in-service teacher training, Internet risks and threats, as well as social media.
