He was born on December 17, 1990, in Nicosia. After graduating from the Turkish Maarif College in 2007, he started his higher education in law in England. He continued his education on the Greek Cypriot side in 2009. He graduated from the University of Nicosia in 2013. In the same year, he went to London to do his master's degree in international law at the University of Westminster with a European Union scholarship. He started the public law doctorate program at Near East University in 2014. In January 2020, his doctoral thesis titled Legal Regime of the Arctic (North Pole) Region in the Context of the Impact of Global Warming was unanimously accepted and he graduated. In April of the same year, he was appointed as an assistant professor and the Head of the International Law Department of the Faculty of Law of Near East University.
