Associate Prof. Dr. Dilber Uzun Ozsahin graduated from the Department of Physics of Çukurova University in 2006. She worked at CERN, Geneva during 2008-2010 for her master's thesis. She completed her Ph.D. studies on Medical Imaging for Breast Cancer at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain in 2014. Between 2015-2016, she worked at the Massachusetts General Hospital & Harvard Medical School as a post-doctoral researcher. Currently, she is working on Mathematical Modelling and Artificial Intelligence Applications in Healthcare. She has been working at Near East University as an Assoc. Prof. in Biomedical Engineering Department since 2016 and the DESAM Institute since 2019.
