Course Description

Course summary

Being in compliance with the principles of an adequate and balanced diet during the growth and development period of the child is important for raising healthy generations. There are critical periods in the growth and development process of our children, and ensuring compliance with the principles of adequate and balanced nutrition in these critical periods will reduce and/or prevent the risk of growth and developmental retardation as well as many other diseases. Since the foundations of healthy diet habits in adulthood are laid during childhood, it is important to support your children with maintaining a healthy diet during this period.
