Ethics in
research refers to the set of principles and guidelines that govern the conduct
of research involving human or animal subjects. These principles aim to ensure
that research is conducted in a way that respects the dignity, safety, and
well-being of all involved. This webinar focuses on ethics in research.

Zehra Altınay completed her Master's Degree in Educational Sciences with her thesis that she conducted in the field of Educational Technologies and Distance Learning. She graduated from the Near East University Doctorate Program in Educational Management and completed her doctoral program in Educational Technologies at Middlesex University. She is a full-time faculty member at Near East University. She lectures on doctoral degree, master's degree, and undergraduate degree programs. She is the Deputy Director of the Graduate School of Educational Sciences. She is a member of the Board of the Distance Education Center. Prof. Dr. Zehra Altınay is the Head of the Societal Research and Development Center affiliated with the Center of Excellence. Books that she has authored have been published in national and international journals; she is also the author of a book chapter published in the SSCI index.
